of interest and ensure the objectivity of our management system certification activities.

Protection of Client Information
All client information, including documentation, processes, and data obtained during audits, assessments, or other certification activities, will be treated as strictly confidential.
This information will not be disclosed to third parties without the explicit consent of the client, except as required by law or accreditation bodies.
Internal Safeguards
Appropriate measures are in place to protect the confidentiality of client information, including the use of secure systems, restricted access, and staff training to ensure compliance with confidentiality obligations.
Conflict of Interest

Legal and Regulatory Compliance

Information Shared for UKAS Purposes
If required, information may be shared with UKAS for purposes of demonstrating compliance with ISO/IEC 17021-1. However, such information will be limited to what is strictly necessary and will remain confidential within the accreditation framework.
Subcontractors and External Personnel
Any subcontractors, external auditors, or technical experts engaged by Value & Professional Certification Ltdare bound by confidentiality agreements to ensure the protection of client information.

2) We sign a contract with you or your company. ·
3) When we state the attendees of opening and closing meetings in our Audit Report.

We share personal information with our Accreditation Body which we’re obliged to share personal information with.
